Rhonda McCloud is a seasoned business professional with over 15 years of experience in grants and contracts administration. She has a strong background in financial analyses, strategic planning and fiscal budgeting for complex organizations. Prior to joining the Partnership, she served as the Finance Director for the Clinical Translation & Science Institute, Business Manager for the Center for Applied Genomics and Precision Medicine and Grants & Contracts Manager for the Department of Medicine Research Administration at Duke University. She also had various roles in accounting and finance for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She worked as a Contracts and Accounting Coordinator for Durham’s Partnership for Children from 2008-2011 and is excited to join the team in a new role. Rhonda earned her BBA in General Business from North Carolina Central University and has obtained several certifications related to finance administration. She enjoys reading, cooking and traveling to the beach & mountains with family in her spare time.
