At The Partnership, Lateshia is the Family Child Care Homes Specialist, where she provides Technical Assistance to Family Child Care Homes in Durham. This includes connecting the Homes to resources and services, education and trainings, other programs within The Partnership, and promoting Family Engagement. Prior to joining The Partnership, Lateshia served as an Assistant Director at a licensed Child Care facility in Durham and has worked in Child Care and Early Childhood Development for nine years. Lateshia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Family Relations from North Carolina Central University along with an NC Early Childhood Credential and an NC Early Childhood Administration Level III Credential.
