We’re proud to work alongside you as we seek to ensure that all children in Durham are prepared to succeed. We provide program coordination and evaluation, fiscal, and communications assistance so that you can effectively and efficiently serve our county’s young children and their families.
Durham’s Partnership for Children is accepting proposals for Year One of a multi-year (FY 2023-2025) grant cycle.
Smart Start funds may only be used to support services for young children, birth through age 5, and their families who reside in Durham County. Smart Start funds are available to local, community-based nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies. All selected projects will be funded initially for a maximum of one year, from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. All awards are contingent upon Smart Start funding made available by the N.C. General Assembly and contracted through the North Carolina Partnership for Children.
