You’ve seen a million different articles and resources to cope with the current pandemic, from properly cleaning your store-bought items to the proper protective gear to wear if you have to leave your home! As if parenting isn’t stressful enough, you now have the task of keeping your children educated and entertained. This is simply a reminder to Breathe, a time to be present and a nod to all of the amazing parents Supporting their children during this time. We encourage you to take a moment for You, to recharge and continue to love yourself and your family.
