Take NC-147 South (Durham Freeway) towards the Airport/Raleigh. Exit at Briggs Avenue (Exit 10-B). Merge onto South. Briggs Ave. Immediately past the corner of Briggs and Person Street, on the left, is the Jim & Carolyn Hunt Child Care Resource Center
Take I-40 West to Exit 279B onto NC-147 North (Durham Freeway) towards Durham/Downtown. Exit at Briggs Ave (Exit 10). Turn left onto South Briggs Avenue. Immediately past the corner of Briggs and Person Street, on the left, is the Jim & Carolyn Hunt Child Care Resource Center.
Take I-40 East/I-85 North towards Raleigh/Durham. Continue on I-85 towards Durham. Keep right to take NC-147 South (Exit 172) towards Durham/Downtown/Research Triangle Park. Exit at Briggs Avenue (Exit 10-B). Merge onto South Briggs Avenue. Immediately past the corner of Briggs and Person Street, on the left, is the Jim & Carolyn Hunt Child Care Resource Center.
NCCARE360 is a statewide network that unites health care and human services organizations with a shared technology that enables a coordinated, community-oriented, person-centered approach for delivering care in North Carolina. Through this referral service, providers electronically connect those with identified needs to community resources in Durham County, as well as across North Carolina. As a provider of NCCARE360, the Partnership is able to refer individuals and families to agencies that suit their needs. Some of these resources include housing and food assistance and much more.
