Durham’s Partnership for Children is hosting our monthly Advocates in Action session. These sessions are meant to be a safe space to learn and share advocacy tools pertaining to the early childhood education community. Whether you are a parent or child educator advocacy efforts need to be discussed and shared. Advocates in Action is DPFC’s most recent initiative designed to spread awareness about issues in the early childhood education realm that effects Durham County. This month’s advocacy topic is Learning from the Leaders: Tips and Tools from Durham County Providers. We’re inviting ALL providers in Durham to join us June 23rd 12:30-1:00 pm so we can hear your concerns about legislation as well as your advocacy efforts! We would love to learn from your advocacy experiences and learn the tools and community resources that best support you. This is a chance for us at The Partnership to gauge the pulse of Child Care providers in the area, so we can better support the community we serve. To Register click here, we hope to see you there!
