Marsha coordinates efforts with the early childhood community to serve the needs of young children and their families, directs all operational functions of the Partnership and supervises the staff. Her background includes more than 30 years in education, non-profit management and resource development. Marsha holds a master's degree in Educational Administration.

Tina Bernardoni, Office Assistant (Ext. 230)

Tina is responsible for assisting staff with office duties. She holds a bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy, a master's in English, and a juris doctorate at UNC Chapel Hill.
Diana
Graham, Administrative Assistant (ext. 231)

At the Partnership, Diana provides extensive administrative support for the
Program Coordination, Evaluation and Community Awareness departments. Diana has
years of administrative experience in the private sector and public sector,
including the military. Recently, Diana successfully completed an eight
year contract with the North Carolina Army National Guard, in addition to
serving one year in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Diana holds an associates
from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College and a bachelor's degree in Political
Science from North Carolina Central University. Diana is currently
pursuing a master's In public administration from Strayer University.
Kate Irish, Program Coordinator (Ext. 226)

Kate is responsible for working with the Funded Partner agencies to improve the quality of services for young children and families in Durham through technical assistance, fostering collaboration and coordination, program development, program monitoring and evaluation. She joined the Partnership team with seven years of non-profit work experience related to early childhood and family support, including work with two national policy organizations aimed at promoting quality early care and education. In addition, during her graduate studies, Kate worked with Durham's More at Four Program. Kate holds a master's of social work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Danielle Johnson, More at Four Coordinator (ext. 225)

Danielle manages the More at Four Pre-K Program serving nearly 400 children. Previously, Danielle served for nearly 10 years in early childhood development and Early Head Start/ Head Start and non-profit management in New York working primarily with children and families. She received her masters degree in Public Health from Hunter College, City University of New York.
Barbara Mollica, Staff Accountant (Ext. 222)

Barbara joins the Partnership with more than 30 years of accounting experience in the for-profit sector. Barbara assists the Finance Director and the Contracts and Accounting Manger in a variety of accounting functions.
Vicki Rawlings, Office Manager (Ext. 230)

Vicki was formally trained as a nurse and comes to the Partnership as a US Army veteran. Vicki manages the office at the Partnership and provides extensive administrative support.
Cindy Riley, Technical Assistance/Ready Schools Consultant (Ext. 213)

Cindy is responsible for providing technical assistance to More at Four sites and Durham Public Schools Pre-K programs. Cindy has 20 years experience in Early Childhood Education and served as director for 11 years at a nonprofit child care facility in Chapel Hill. She brings extensive experience in training, curriculum development and implementation, staffing and family service.
Karine Stallings, Community Development Manager (Ext. 221)

Karine has nearly 15 years of communications experience in journalism, strategic marketing, public relations and copywriting. Her work includes writing for metropolitan daily newspapers, including local publications; managing the content of a software sales site for IBM and working for a large charity. At the Partnership, Karine is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive communications plan to educate and engage community members in early childhood initiatives across Durham County.
Trish Vandersea, Health Care Program Coordinator (Ext. 224)
trish@dpfc.net Trish joins The Partnership with more than 10 years of county and state government administration experience. Trish formerly served as the Orange County Manager's Program Coordinator for the Orange/Chatham Justice Partnership. She holds a master's of public administration from Appalachain State University. She will be working to support improving the coordination of health care programs and initiatives to ensure services for Durham's young children and their families.
Jameka Wells, More at Four Administrative Assistant (Ext. 214)

Jameka assists the More at Four Coordinator with her duties and is involved with the screening of parents and children and handling More at Four scholarship information. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and Spanish education.

Ted Whiteside, Early Childhood Grant Writer, (Ext 227)

Ted will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Partnerships overall fundraising strategy, including extensive grant-writing. Whiteside brings with him over 30 years of nonprofit experience. He is a graduate of Providence College and completed his master's degree work at Rhode Island College. As former Executive Director/CEO of Prevent Child Abuse Rhode Island and the North Carolina-based Summit House, Whiteside has an extensive history in fund development and agency grant-support achievement.
Sarah Wolf, Finance Director (Ext. 223)

Sarah is responsible for the overall financial management of the Partnership. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 13 years of experience in Big Five accounting, tax management, venture capital, and nonprofit operations.
Rhonda
Wynn, Contracts Manager (ext.220)

Rhonda is responsible for reviewing and executing all contracts for the
Partnership. Previously, she worked at the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill and has several years of experience in contracts, grants and general
accounting. She holds a bachelor's degree in General Business from North
Carolina Central University.
