Durham's Partnership for Children seeks RFPs for funded projects every two years and requires current Direct Service Providers to submit second-year proposals during the first fiscal year of funding. RFPs for for the FY 2009-2010 (which begins the next two-year funding cycle) are expected to be advertised throughout the Durham Community in the fall of 2008.
